Domestic Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it for a full in-store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive in-store credit, which can be applied toward frames (with or without prescription lenses) or sunglasses.
  • If your new selection exceeds the original purchase amount, you will be responsible for covering the difference.
  • If your purchase included custom-made prescription lenses, the in-store credit will only apply to the frame price, as prescription lenses are custom-crafted and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and unworn condition, including the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, your return will be processed, and you will be issued an in-store credit.

Return Shipping

U.S. Domestic Returns

  • Before returning an item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it has been received, as each frame undergoes a thorough inspection.
  • Important Note: If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method without notifying us, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • For domestic orders only, we can provide a shipping label upon request.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
